Delivery

Products can be delivered in metropolitan France, within the European Union, and internationally. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are shipped by La Poste via tracked letter or Colissimo.

Orders placed on the website will be shipped within a period ranging from 48 hours to a maximum of 10 working days after validation, and delivery times vary depending on the mode of transport chosen by the buyer. If delivery exceeds thirty days from the date of order validation, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. The buyer is delivered to their home by their mail carrier. In the event of the buyer’s absence, they will receive a notice of delivery from their mail carrier, allowing them to collect the ordered products from the nearest Post Office within a period indicated by postal services.

The risks associated with transportation are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the items leave the seller’s premises. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the La Poste employee or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the merchandise and its contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any dispute must be made to the carrier within three days from the date of delivery.

Returns

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs.

Any request must first be made by email to the following address: EricJean-Jacques@outlook.fr.

The item must not have been worn or damaged, nor show any signs of wear. It must be returned by tracked mail in its original intact packaging to the address below and be sufficiently protected to avoid damage during transport. Photos of the inside and outside of the packaged parcel must be sent by email to EricJean-Jacques@outlook.fr before it is sent.

The refund will then be credited to the credit card, PayPal balance, or bank account used when placing the order and no later than within 14 working days after receipt and verification by the seller.
