My name is Lucille, and I am the artisan and creator who makes all the jewellery for Maison Luciole.
I am the sole person who designs the creations, makes them, photographs them, and offers them to you in the shop.
The cold porcelain jewellery is conceived, designed, prototyped, and made in my workshop in Nantes.

The fittings are gold-plated by a gilder in Paris. 

The essential element of the jewellery is cold porcelain, which is white, soft, and delicate.
It is entirely crafted and shaped by my hands in my studio.
Cold porcelain originates from Latin America. It hardens to a “biscuit” porcelain appearance by air-drying.
Unlike traditional porcelain, which requires multiple firings, cold porcelain is very shock-resistant and lightweight. Additionally, it contains no polymers and is thus non-toxic, more environmentally friendly, and more durable than the polymer clays often used in high-fashion jewellery.

All fittings are gold-plated. It was essential for me to offer you comfort and quality.
Sourced from suppliers I have carefully selected, they are certified and recognized in the field.
The gold plating has a minimum thickness of 3 microns, in compliance with French regulations. It can be up to 5 microns thick (these details are listed on the product pages).

I sometimes use “gold filled,” also known as laminated gold.
This is a jewellery-making technique that involves applying a layer of 14-carat gold to a base such as brass or bronze.
Gold filled contains 50 to 100 times more gold than traditional gold-plated jewelry but cannot be worked in the same way as gold-plated bases.

I also occasionally use gold-plated brass wire, treated to prevent tarnishing, but these components will not come into contact with your skin.

When completing your order, you can choose between delivery to a pickup point or home delivery.
All jewellery is shipped with a tracking number that allows you to track the delivery.

Once the order is placed, I ship the orders within 5 days of purchase. Therefore, it may take up to a week for it to arrive at your location.
It could take longer depending on your carrier’s delivery time or the availability of your pickup point (if ordered to a pickup point).

Unlike traditional porcelain, cold porcelain is very resistant to shocks and drops.
It remains flexible once dry.
Not at all! Cold porcelain is very light, which makes it so comfortable to wear.
For example, the flagship pair of earrings from the shop “…..” weighs only 1 gram!

REFUND

You have fourteen days after receiving your order to return your jewelry for a refund. All returns must be reported in advance by email: EricJean-Jacques@outlook.fr
Returned jewelry must not have been worn and must be sent back in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale.

All our creations are handmade and require a lot of time, which is why I have chosen to leave the return shipping costs to the customer.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned and will not be taken back or refunded.


EXCHANGE

As we have limited stock available, it is not possible to proceed with an exchange. In case of a return, I will proceed with a refund. If you would like another one of my creations instead, I will refund the first order and you can then order the new piece of jewelry (subject to availability).

Feel free to provide the first name of the person to whom you are giving the gift.

The invoice will not be included in the package.
You will receive it by email.

I can accommodate one or two custom requests per year.

To keep your jewelry looking new for as long as possible, avoid exposing it to water at all costs. Preserve your jewelry from liquids (water, perfume, pool, sea, etc.) in a dry place.
Also, avoid leaving your jewelry on a porous surface like wood, which could cause the porcelain to discolor over time.
It’s best to store it in its pouch or box, away from moisture.
Also, avoid sleeping with it, as this could damage it.
You can occasionally clean it with a soft, dry cloth.

Simply send me an email within an hour of placing your order, and I will proceed with the modification of the order.

The jewellery is packaged in a Maison Luciole box.
They are then sent in sturdy packaging to ensure the jewelry doesn’t get damaged during shipping.
