Maison Luciole attaches great importance to the protection and confidentiality of its customers’ privacy, particularly their personal data.

In this context, this Privacy Policy will allow you to understand what personal data we collect and what we do with it, as well as how you can protect your privacy.

 

What types of data are collected ? 

In the context of invoicing and newsletter registration, the following categories of data are collected : 
– identification data : first name, email
– Billing and/or payment data : Name, first name, postal address and email, telephone number, bank details, payment method. 

 

How are your data used?

Your data is used for the purpose of invoicing. This includes managing your customer account as well as the contractual relationship, installation, maintenance, provision, and management of the ordered product, product billing, handling of complaints and disputes, as well as debt collection, also through third parties.

These data are retained for the legal duration.

Unless you object, your data is also used for sending newsletters, communicating about commercial offers and information, carrying out loyalty actions, prospecting, and may also be used to evaluate and improve services and develop new ones.

These data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve these purposes and for a maximum period of three years from the end of the contractual relationship concerning direct prospecting.

Your data may also be used to comply with legal obligations (including anti-fraud laws, money laundering laws, and provisions concerning late or non-payment by the customer and/or to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities).

Device information (especially your IP address) is collected to detect potential risks and fraud, and more generally to improve and optimize the website (for example, by generating data analysis on how our users browse and interact with the website), and to assess the impact of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

 

How can you manage the collection and use of your data?

Who can access your personal data?

Your personal data is processed by Lucille Fosse for the purposes of managing the contract and performing the services you have requested.
